haas's officers hallucinating on job in Palatine

President Tatooles stated that the recommendation for the Inverness Police Chief position is Robert R. Haas, Jr. President Tatooles stated that the decision is based on Haas’
professional credentials, his experience and his performance during the intensive
interviewing process. His employment for the village will begin on November 1, 2008.
Following Board discussion, President Tatooles asked for a vote to be called.

How does a cop from Palatine, get to afford to live in a house, a subdivision, in a village that is beyond most working families, with 2 incomes?

At the time of my arrest, Haas was the deputy police chief of the Village of Palatine Police department, at the time Palatine Police officer Wenrich was driving around on drugs, hallucinating, on duty, making arrest(s), filing false reports, and doing his perjury thing.

Also during this time Palatine Police officer Baker was doing shake downs.

My attorney, John Tatooles's brother, failed to mention this in court.

The appellate court agreed with Tatooles's buddy (trial judge John Scotillo), that Tatooles was incompetent for a criminal trial (not prepared). After trial, Scotillo, Tatooles and Chandra, praised them self's for doing a fine job..... believe you me it is true, had to be there to see it.
